  I was seen right away; very sweet, personable and friendly nurses, doctor came to check on me while we waited for results. I was impressed with the ease and efficiency of the care I received. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

  For a regional hospital in a small city this hospital is quite good. No hospital is perfect however I have been several times with my family from c-section to day surgeries and emergency visits and all was well done with reasonable wait times.

  Exelente attention and fast. I live in Montreal and I travel to this hospital for the great service they offer and the rapides. Here it does not matter if you speak English or French for them you are a patient to attend and they do it with the greatest satisfaction of the world. However Shriners Hospital for Children is new and attention is the worst in the world.

  I was referred to this hospital about 2 years ago. I waited 6 months to hear back from them about an appointment. When I called them to follow up because I had not heard anything they weren't able to give me an answer and got the surgeon to call me personally to see if he remembered me? I finally got an appointment and I drove an hour and a half to get there when I arrived they said I did not have an appointment and were really rude. When I said that was impossible and made a fuss they decided to actually take me seriously and it turned out they had my last name as "Brown" which was why I was probably never contacted a year ago. What kind of hospital puts someones records under someone else's name lol. To this date I have still not has my surgery. I dont know what is up with this hospital and its scheduling and rude staff. They will call me and tell me that my surgery date is in a week from the day they call. When I tell them that I have a full time job or during school and exams they basically tell me that " that is ridiculous" "why do we bother calling you" "why dont you just go to another surgeon". Specifically the receptionist Susan is unbelievably rude. Sorry I cannot just drop my life with a weeks notice. I have had other procedures before and they are scheduled months in advance. TBH this place is not worth your time. Also the hospital should put some money into training their staff. As a receptionist your job is to be friendly and properly schedule. The staff there do not have any of that lol.
