  Ordinary service at its best. I was there at 8am sharp and the employee got there at 8:20. I had made a reservation for 8am at least 2 weeks prior.. You would think that they would have checked the reservations a day in advance to make sure to be on time the next day. Also had requested a SUV but the only one they had was not clean and I would have to wait another 30 minutes to get it. Ended up with a smaller car than requested. I will not be returning. I will drive the hour to Ottawa or Montreal to get a rental next time. Was trying to encourage a local business...

  So I suggest that you fallow up on your rental vehicle and specify that your vehicle need to be ready at your pick up time!!

  I called a week in advance to book a car for Sunday pick up. Lady said everything was ready to go need to pick up before 4pm, confirmed that it was the right Location. Turns out their not even open on weekends, now I'm screwed. Pathetic

  It's sad because I am a customer of Enterprise rent a car for long time. It's the first time that's all together this time it isn't to the higher standards of other franchisees of the banner.

  We reserve the vehicle and schedule to be pick up on Monday morning. Vehicle was not ready on time. Delayed because needed to be clean... After waiting... How cleaned was it you may ask? As clean as a 5 years old would of done. Many spots left unsrub all over the vehicle.
